That's odd, the server works fine for me using google chrome, granted I go to them directly and not through sso due to having to login as admin to check things.

Accessing the database from an outside source should never have worked as it the port shouldn't have been open in the firewall. Anything you have installed in your account can connect the database using localhost.

Trying to login to the server before the account is migrated usually ends up with an IP block in the firewall. So until you see that you are directed to directadmin when logging in through the sso page you should assume your account is not moved.
