    The nameservers are still the same. Have you added the domain in your account (using domain manager -> add new), it does currently not show as having any A record on a lookup. I have no idea how email accounts would disappear and reappear on themselves, unless you made any changes to the domain...

    I did oddly not find your IP blocked (assuming you post on the forums from the same IP you tried connecting the server with), which would have been the logical reason for you to not be able to reach the server. Are you still unable to reach x14, the server it self works fine for me right now.

    Paid customers does not undergo these changes at all. Once everything is done with the actual migrations, backups should be made available through DirectAdmin, at least that was what I was told.
