On free hosting that won't be possible, as the servers would block incoming requests to mysql.

Could you please try now? I made a small adjustement that should solve the issue. The cause is that I can see another, suspended account, that in some ways connect to yours, if you're on a network with shared IP that could be one type of connection for instance.
