As long as the account is under a suspension the files are still there, but if you do not get your account unsuspended within the set time frame (21 days) the files will be permanently removed. Unsuspension can be done from the account portal.

Free hosting actually blocks remote through firewall, only localhost database connections will work. Unfortunately I'm not sure we can tell cPanel to not show that option though since it is not going to work.

I see the domain as being: carolsupholstery.x10.mx I have access to admin tools which shows me that domain, and that one works for me. That is also the domain I see as part of your account when I log into it as admin (under domains once you are in cPanel).
