Correct, you can not connect to a database that is located outside of our network on free hosting, nor would you be able to connect to a database in your account from a location outside of our network (ie from home computer).

As mentioned in the other thread, for our free hosting you would be left with the option of transferring manually, by downloading files using ftp and making a database backup using phpMyAdmin and restoring those to your new host.

That sounds like it would be a restriction by Google rather then by us. If Google won't approve the application due to the domain, I'd assume you need a third party domain for it to work, there are free domain providers out there that might work if you don't want to actually buy one.

@mistwhsx It appears your IP keeps getting added back into a security system we have in place, make sure you are using the correct credentials, and do not have any email client/ftp client that automatically attempts to log you on with the wrong credentials. I have removed the IP once more.
