On free hosting, we limit the number of files an account can hold to 50,000. It appears that you have hit this limit, which is why you are seeing this error message. Are there any unwanted files you could remove, perhaps? :)

Whoops, sorry I missed that. Great to hear you got it working, though. We recently implemented some extra security measures on our free hosting that blocks suspicious connections, which is why you may have been having problems when connecting with your proxy. :)
