    The account for sure does exist on the fris server. yes, resetting the password through account panel is supposed to change the cPanel password as well. There's one thing that may be the cause, but before changing that I want to get it confirmed so I don't mess things up worse.

    I can not check into it further from where I am right now, but I have a pretty good idea what is causing it. The configuration file with information about what folder belongs to what domain has not been updated with the correct information for your account. This would make cPanel, e-mail etc...

    yes, shouldn't be too much longer now. Dunno exactly as I haven't had any update on where in the process we are, but around 24 hrs ago it was at 60 % (total for cossacks and lotus combined)

    Hello, It does seem like it has been removed, there's no active account with that user name in the system. Inactive accounts are automatically removed after a certain time as suspended.

    it is possible you managed to get IP blocked in the firewall, if you pm me your IP I'll check and remove it. A common cause is too many failed logins.
