    On what url do you get the error? Another common cause is .htaccess. If you have RewriteEngin on, you also need RewriteBase / (or whatever is suitable in your case a base directive is needed though), also you can NOT set any php flags in .htaccess for the setup on free hosting.

    Yes, you can change them in the file manager of cPanel. In general directories need 755, and files 644. Do note that having 777 on any file/folder that you access directly in the browser will give an error.

    cPanel account has been deleted. Ps. while files was lost the databases were intact, so it makes sense to ask if you done your backups in case you had any databases.

    Please try using the reset password option in your account panel, this will set a new password for cPanel, account panel, forum, ftp etc.. If it still fails after that post back and I'll set a new password server side.
