There is confusion as to what exactly is the problem you are having. We may be able to solve it if you could clarify the problem, instead of "reinstalling" your account. Please give the admin a chance. The confusion is because your co.cc domain is working just fine as far as I can tell.

There are no options to do either with the free domain you chose. As far as I can tell, a whois search for your main domain presently in your account doesn't show your information. Instead, it just shows the details for x10.mx domain.
