That particular compromise looks to be started from the demo_oleg/wp6 Wordpress install, which is running version 3.8 and is 9 months out of date (3.8 launched last December). With compromises of this nature, you would be responsible for cleanup as account security is the user's responsibility...

That's due to it pointing to the wrong IP address; the account that it had been pointing to was disabled, causing the suspension message to appear until the IP finishes propagating via DNS. You may be able to speed that process up by running "ipconfig /flushdns" on a Windows command prompt...
