Invision Power Board not working properly

Just to add, don't bother disputing this. License or not, the version installed is most definitely nulled, and we won't be lifting the suspension.

Account Suspended but can not unsuspend it

Can you check it now? I looked but it does appear to be up and running again on its own. cPanel had changed the way they did account suspensions recently; we forced it to go back to the old way, but that caused the suspension to be stuck for a bit.

    Snowflake fourm Site suspension

This should be fixed; cPanel had changed the way they did suspensions not long ago which caused this suspension to get stuck. You may need to clear the cache, but otherwise you should be good to roll :)

Accessing MySQL database from another domain.

Unfortunately not; Remote MySQL is disabled on free hosting to prevent abuse, and can only be used from within the x10hosting network. If you have a domain added onto your free account (IE, that site is hosted here), that will work, but if it's hosted elsewhere it won't be able to access the...

    Problems with MYSQL

This looks like a temporary MySQL outage, however the larger question is why you've been using a nulled IP Board install. That's a matter for the suspension dispute system however, so I'm closing the thread.

    root directory empty

Hello, can you confirm if it's back to normal now? At a glance it looks like all the files were there, but due to an error in ownership most of them were owned by a user that didn't actually exist. After fixing that it looks like it's back up and running.

X10hosting, please give me a chance

Unfortunately we're not able to bypass the country block; the best we can advise is to check back periodically to see if the restrictions have been lifted. Alternatively, the Premium and VPS services don't have a restriction on country, save for the few cases where it's against US law (mostly...

Issue With Redirect Loop Joomla 2.5

Check here: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=625&t=637403&p=2561748#p2561748 As near as I can tell from Googling (and checking that your install does have the LanguageFilter plugin), this looks to be something caused specifically by that plugin. I was able to confirm via a third party...

552 Disk full - please upload later

Should be (somewhat) fixed now; another staff member and I were already online and working on a different problem when we saw this post; he fixed it up so it should allow uploads again while we continue cleanup.

Account compromised and is the source of malicious activity

Yup, I replied to the dispute not too long ago; I'll close out the thread since the rest will get handled through the appeal system. With it being a compromise though it's not permanent, just to make sure that's clear :)

    MySQL Database Issue.

While it might not be related to the original problem, using nulled versions of software is a guaranteed way to get suspended. Unfortunately, with the suspension in place for the blatantly nulled vBulletin 3.8.4, the database error is unsolvable as access to said database is permanently revoked...

    Inquiry on my appeal

Automatic translation services don't normally count when we're requiring a translation due to their inconsistency (leaving words untranslated or performing an inaccurate/unreadable translation). The only ones we normally allow are manual ones. @tao4allx: If you'd prefer to leave, we can leave...

    Inquiry on my appeal

I've reported to the administrative team that it's not letting you view the appeal; for now we'll run the rest of it here since I don't want to make you wait longer, as I don't have an ETA on exactly when that'll be fixed. Below was the content of the initial reply to the dispute:

    Suggestion: 2-step verification

Just to quick clarify here, OP doesn't say "required" for all users: Assuming we do it (which would require a fair amount of setup and testing to ensure it properly interfaces with all levels of our system, likely including the forum itself), I'm sure it would be presented as an available...

Facebook deems X10Hosting Community links unsafe

We used to provide user subdomains under the x10hosting.com domain name, similar to how we now do x10host.com/x10.mx/x10.bz. If memory serves this has been blocked with them for some time :(

    The same user?

So I'm gathering it's just a coincidence that the email address you used to sign up contains the same name as was present on the other banned accounts? That's one dilly of a coincidence, given that it's got the -entire- name and not just the first few letters, along with the matching login...

    It's been very annoying

Since this is going nowhere fast allow me to make this as crystal clear as I can. 1: Clipbucket's designed and intended purpose is to act as a video uploading/sharing system similar to how Youtube works, with all users able to upload videos/images to the site. That is basically the definition...

    final decision

As a courtesy a second investigation was processed; I was able to temporarily unsuspend the account and confirm that any user is able to create an account, verify it by email, and then upload images to the site. This would constitute image file hosting on its own and would be a valid...

HELP! My account was suspended again for unknown reasons.

Just because I happened to see it I'm lifting it; there was a false positive that our system had picked up. We've already taken measures to ensure it won't happen twice, so I lifted the suspension outright.

how do I get rid of ads on my site?

2.5 (check this BEFORE uninstalling/reinstalling the browser): Check if there's any rogue extensions/addons that were installed to Firefox as part of any other installs you may have done. Some of the more "unscrupulous" installers piggy-back stuff into the process, and may have potentially...
