    index page code changed/hacked, please help . . . . .

The way Dolphin and most other scripts work is they check what's being uploaded by filename; if it doesn't end in an allowed extension, it either denies the upload or never actually saves the file. As near as I can tell from yours, your upload script does -not- do any form of checking on...

    index page code changed/hacked, please help . . . . .

I'm jumping in to try and clarify one part on this; I'm going to make it as clear as I can. If your file upload script allows PHP files to be uploaded, that is your problem. If you're trying to figure out how the Dolphin install is being compromised, that's simple - you're allowing PHP files...

    regarding url shortner

As long as you are monitoring it for malicious/illegal links it should be fine. The main thing to note though is you are held responsible for the links, so if you're not prepared or don't have the time to monitor what's being linked, you may find it suspended due to someone abusing it to...

    SSL Certificate

Keep in touch with the premium support team on this one; they've responded to your ticket and are awaiting a response, but most of the folks here don't have access to Premium and can't actually assist further or update that ticket (this is meant for free hosting, and SSL doesn't actually work on...

    Why is my account Ssuspended?

For privacy/security we'll work this through the dispute that was opened via the portal.

    x10Hosting may not be secure

I didn't actually test it; the staff member who was helping me dig into this attempted it and was granted entry. The password itself is stored in an encrypted format so we can't actually get the unencrypted version under normal circumstances if we wanted to (we instead use our master login's...

    x10Hosting may not be secure

After investigating this thoroughly with senior staff, I can confirm the account was compromised; there's a Wordpress install under backup/prototype that has the same password as your cPanel password, leaving the account wide open as soon as any hackers/unsavory folks discovered it. This is due...

    Suspended?

I'm leaving this here for the moment; I was able to fix the stuck suspended page, but after the recent server migration it appears there may be a database issue as it reports "Error establishing a database connection." As I'm not sure how to fix these correctly (as in, without making it worse)...

    VPS Issue Urgent

You will need to continue working your ticket out with the support staff via ticket; given the sensitive nature of the matter at hand (I can see part of the problem), a public forum is not a good place to discuss the current situation.

Is There A Limit To Inactivity Unsuspensions?

Should be fixed; every once in a while the system gets "stuck" and thinks it unsuspended when it actually didn't; to fix it we resuspended and unsuspended it, and this time it didn't get stuck. You should be good to go, but you may need to clear your browser cache if it still shows the...

    XO3 blocked by Comcast?

I've removed the block in our firewall; your IP was black-flagged on May 2nd due to multiple failed FTP logins within an hour. Can you confirm if you're now able to view sites on XO3 from the affected connection (not the business line)?

    Hosting Account Space Upgrade

As long as you're staying within the 1gb limit specified in the Terms I don't see any other problems here; the limits have been lifted.

Can ownCloud be installed on free hosting accounts

Adding another reply to clarify something else I noticed as well, I'm going through Softaculous and resetting what software we do/don't allow. Apparently during the move, the settings got buggered so it thought "I'll just re-enable everything," when it SHOULD have said "Hmm, I should notify the...

Can ownCloud be installed on free hosting accounts

I'm closing this thread down as it's rapidly going off the rails. Before I do that, I can confirm that, at this time, OwnCloud is indeed considered a banned piece of software and can/will result in the permanent suspension of the hosting service it is installed to. At the time it was added to...

Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.

There is a termination report for a cPanel username "titux10m" that was terminated on December 30th 2013; this was from an inactivity suspension as near as I can tell. Unfortunately as you've indicated, India is no longer in our current list of countries we can accept new registrations from...

Having MySQL disable being a security risk

This would be why all major software I've worked with has exactly one action to perform if MySQL is offline: Abort the attempt, and return "Try again later." Your phrasing on being unable to check if the username/password is wrong implies that your default action is to assume they're logged in...

    Have a problem

Found it, although the likely cause of the problems is it's linked to a completely different hosting account with a different email address; if you have other email addresses you may have used during signup, try logging in with those, as it's not under the email you're posting under.
