Hello, can you please tell me exactly when you were getting suspended earlier during the install, also i have un-suspended the account, please hold off on updating it so you dont get suspended again. If you can, please come onto x10hosting's IRC so we can troubleshoot this further.
Hello, x10hosting only supports sites that are in English, French or Spanish languages. Your site is obviously not using one of these 3 languages. Your account is un-suspended now but please provide a translation of your site into English or Spanish or French.

Hello, this suspension reason is due to your site showing a "Index of/" page or not having any content on your account at all. You are required to have an index page on your site within 2 weeks of account creation.
1) no remote mysql on free, as for paid i do believe it may be possible.
2) ssh access is available on paid not on free.
3) No only our servers are in the US.
Hello, if you wish to change your username for cPanel you must delete this account and sign up again. As for the domain, it may take a few minutes/hours to update depending on the queue of our backend system.
If you deleted all databases and files from your account, you can re-install wordpress manually. :) You can also set up the domain name settings on the account too.
Hello, unfortunately uploading nulled software to your account is in breach of the terms of service. Due to the nature of this breach access to your account cannot be restored. No files are recoverable due to the suspension.
