What are you using as the username? And what is the host you have in filezilla? FTP connection will NOT take the email address as username, it will only accept the actual username for the DirectAdmin account.

The only way with free hosting is using cloudflare or other similar services. We do not currently offer SSL on free hosting. Premium hosting does have that option however.

That would be because you set that domain to have 0 disk space when you added the domain. Go to Account manager->domains, click the domain. Then update the domain to either have a set space or tick the box to have the domain use "Same as Main account"
