    Paid customers does not undergo these changes at all. Once everything is done with the actual migrations, backups should be made available through DirectAdmin, at least that was what I was told.

    You would need to add it as as subdomain under Account manager -> Subdomain management, if you want it to resolve to a website with us, the dns manager would be what you use if you want to point the domain elsewhere for any reason. Your IP is not listed as being blocked.
