What is the error message? Looking at your site I do not see any errors, just a notice that I need to be logged in to view content.

The more likely cause would be the file has gone corrupt during upload, try re-uploading the language package. If uploading through ftp make sure you're uploading any compressed archives as binaries.

It is a proper address to access on, however for newly added domains (assuming you recently added the .com to your account) there's always a delay before the domain, and its subdomains, resolve properly.

Appears that the issue was within the .htaccess you had in the initial install of wordpress, the one you still have the files for in the public_html folder. I renamed the .htaccess there to .htaccess.bak (which disables it) and the login page loads up properly now when I check. My guess is it...
