The account need to be at least 7 days old before you can request unmetered disk space, yours appear to be created yesterday. You would also need to be using half of the allotted space, and of course the site must comply with the terms of service.

That would be the same as your main domain. You need to put in the source you are connecting from under remote hosts though. Keep in mind it might still be blocked by firewall so may not work at all

On free hosting there is no remote mysql. You can only connect our database server from a script located on your account with us. Premium hosting allows for that though.
