Hi canadaun,
I apologize for missing your second thread. We do strive to offer exceptional support on our free hosting service.
I've run a quick fix that should resolve any issues you have with the site builder. Please could you try again, and let me know whether you experience this issue...
Hi arp1445,
Upon further inspection, it appears these emails are not cron job emails, but rather emails from WordPress asking for comment moderation. Regardless, these should be fine to delete, and I have deleted these emails. Your account is now under the inode limit, and you should no longer...
Hi arp1445,
These should be unnecessary. When you have a cron job setup, cPanel will automatically email the result of the cron job to your main account email. It seems that these emails have accumulated over time, and it should be safe to delete them. :)
Thank you,
Hi arp1445,
On our free hosting service, we limit the number of inodes (files, directories and emails) to 50,000, for security reasons. These error messages are appearing because you have surpassed this limit. However, it does appear that the majority of your inodes are being consumed by...
Hi ajstetson17,
It appears that there is no hosting account linked to your forum account. Please could you associate your accounts by going to Support in the top right of your cPanel, or provide me with your cPanel username? :)
Thank you,
Hi scratchc,
Your account appears to be active, so you shouldn't be getting this error message. Please could you try using "scratchc" in the "Username / Email" field, if you haven't been already, and let me know how it goes? :)
Thank you,.
Hi apw1tare,
To finish up setting up Joomla, you will need to create a MySQL Database, and a User for that database, within your cPanel. Once you have done this, please edit your "configuration.php" file with your MySQL details. :)
Thank you,
Hi vizzavev,
I went ahead and moved this to our Scripts & Programming forum, as this issue would be related to Dot Project's code and not x10Hosting. :)
Thank you,
Hi,
Please could you ensure that you have set these MX records from within your cPanel and not from your domain registrar? :)
Your domain name also seems to be pointing to name-services.com's nameservers as well as ours. If you set your domain to point purely to our nameservers, you can then...
Hi visibled,
Please could you try again now? :)
If you're still having issues with this, please could you try logging in with the username visibled and see if this helps? :)
Thank you,
Hi,
This may have been due to the cache server that we operate on our free hosting, to help speed up the loading of static pages, which is why you saw the delay. :)
I'll close the thread for you. ;)
Thank you,
Hi coolgem,
You appear to have approximately 56,000 emails in your Trash folder, most of which appear to be old cron emails, that is causing this error. Perhaps you could delete these emails? :)
Thank you,
Hi amaditya.mathew62,
I'm very sorry for the delay in a reply. Strangely, I can't seem to find a hosting account linked to your forum account (amaditya.mathew62). What is your main domain name, or cPanel username? :)
Thank you,
Hi coolgem,
Unfortunately there is no simple way of resetting an account, though this shouldn't really be necessary anyway. Why are you looking to reset your account? :)
Thank you,
