Hi shalva97,
Please could you ensure that you are logging into cPanel from our Single Sign On at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login and not directly into the server? :)
Thank you,
Hi freshw10,
This is likely because you have the Remember option checked. Please try clicking on "Reset All Interface Settings" at the very bottom of the page, and try again. ;)
Thank you,
Hi freshw10,
You can access hidden files in your cPanel File Manager by ensuring "Show hidden files (dot files)" is checked in the dialog box that briefly appears when clicking "File Manager". ;)
Thank you,
Hi freshw10,
This is likely due to a bad rewrite rule in your htaccess file. Please could you check the rules you have in /public_html/.htaccess? :)
Thank you,
Hi Nicole,
Under albums, I see the original images that ZenPhoto is pulling from, rather than the ZenPhoto core PHP files. It may be best at this stage to try reinstalling ZenPhoto. ;)
Thank you,
Hi Nicole,
It looks like the software was actually installed to /public_html/zennicolem/openeshop. This means that the software is running from http://www.nicolemcneill.com/openeshop/ . Was this intentional, or are you looking to install openeshop to the main domain? :)
Thank you,
Hi Nicole,
I'm no longer seeing any PHP files under the main "zennicolem" directory. Have you moved these elsewhere? :)
Yes, I'm a free hosting staff member. ;)
Thank you,
Hi webtr,
Your new database's details are different from the ones in your WordPress configuration file. Please could you adjust the settings in your wp-config.php accordingly? :)
Thank you,
Hi Nicole,
It looks like that your .htaccess file contained the line "RewriteBase /zennicolem". As you are now accessing your site from "/" rather than "/zennicolem", this line was causing problems. I went ahead and changed the line to "RewriteBase /" for you, which now appears to resolved...
Hi mreccentric,
On Prime and Illuminated hosting, we double your limits from free hosting. Therefore, you will have unmetered disk space, 4 addon domains, 2 parked domains and 4 MySQL databases. :)
Thank you,
Hi Nicole,
If you have definitely cleared your browser's cache (not to be confused with your browser's history, as these are separate), this may be due to your ISP caching your pages. In this case, you will need to wait. This normally takes less than 24 hours. :)
Thank you,
Hi Nicole,
When I go to http://nicolemcneill.com/ I can see the contents of your "zennicolem" directory. :)
If you are seeing something else, please try clearing your cache. ;)
Thank you,
Hi Nicole,
Do you get this error message when deleting the parked domain or creating the addon domain? Are you definitely deleting the old parked domain first? :)
Thank you,
Hi Nicole,
In your cPanel, please go into "Parked Domains" and remove the parked domain from there. Once you've done this, you can then go back to your cPanel homepage and go into "Addon Domains" and re-add it there, with the Document Root pointing to /public_html/zennicolem. :)
Thank you,
