phpMyAdmin seems to be working fine now. There were some intermittent problems on Absolut earlier today; please can you check again? :)

I believe the issue has been fixed now :) All free hosting servers have approximately the same number of accounts housed on it. I haven't noticed any pattern in which servers go down the most.
