It is highly possible that there was something that went wrong in the sign-up, there's currently no pending hosting account linked to your forum account. have you tried re-signing up?

try standard first, if that too causes issues you'll have to turn it off. Also note that while using standard may work when you start of, it might use to much resources when caching your site as the content grows
