I found a record of the account denno, it was automatically terminated on December 20th after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days. You may sign up for a new account if you wish.

forum accounts are never deleted so that'll remain. Before we terminate the account please confirm that you have all backups you need.

I think stoli was in a bad mood earlier, there was at least one other reporting a problem reaching cPanel. If i was the same cause for you as well, it should be working now. Though as mentioned, it is not uncommon for school/workplaces to have the port blocked.
