When an add-on domain is created, there's a directory for it. Does what usually go into public_html go into that directory? for example, /root/public_html should go into /root/public_html/domainname/ ?

Okay, so while I'm trying to ugprade my site, I've shut down my forum, which I thought was hogging all the CPU usage. But unfortunately, I'm still getting suspended, and to make matters worse, backup is not still not working. I think I'm about to cry lol. There's no possible way I'm hogging...

I'm downloading the directory backup right now, and it keeps cutting off the download at random variables. Sometimes at 73mb, sometimes at 103mb. And whenever I try to open the file, it tells me that there was an unexpected end to the file. Any admin knows what's up?
