    Let's encrypt does limit the number of certificates that can be created, they reset the limit after 4 hours so basically all you can do is wait and try at a later time if you want to use ssl. As for the apache functioning normal message, try clearing browser cache, the site works from my end.

    It is a bit tricky before you notice it, but at the header of DirectAdmin there is a dropdown where you can change what domain you have as the "active" one for the settings page you are currently at. Make sure that shows the domain you want to add ssl for. See image for clarification.

    That would be due to being a country we currently don't allow for new account, as an existing user you should of course still be able to access so I have now set an exception on your account.
