That would likely be due to your public_html missing. I could perhaps create a new one, with proper permissions, and you could set a simple index.html file in there, however once they get to your account anything you put in is likely to be overwritten by the restore process.

Yours should also be sorted now. Note though that your server, x12, is not yet fully restored so may see weird things in DirectAdmins file manager and the site itself may present errors.

Looks like you were not signing in from a residential IP but rather a commercial one, this could indicate using a VPN which is not allowed, so if you are connected to one you need to disconnect before being able to login.

x12 is still being restored, that would be the cause of the 404 error. Wrong php version would result in a different error, until your files are restored I'd leave that as you have it though as I would think that is set to match what script you use
