Unfortunately, you are responsible for your account. Nulled scripts are part of the Zero Tolerance Policy. Your account will remain suspended and then deleted within ten days.

After logging in here: https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, and then below your hosting account info should be a button that says "Log in cPanel". Just click that and you should be there at your cPanel.

Where are you logging in at? There are two place to log in, your account panel: https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, or your cPanel which you can find a link to from the account panel. In cPanel, File Manager link is where you manage your files.

The server moves and upgrades are still going on. None of the updates say anything about it being done yet. What has been completed and repaired are recent MySQL issues on all servers. That was all. There are still tons of upgrades still going on.

I don't see how that's possible. By two suspended sites, do you mean two suspended hosting accounts?

That forum was most likely a nulled script. Do you have a liscense for it?

The only way to get your backup is to unsuspend the site. That won't happen. It will stay suspended and then deleted.

Go login to the account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, then click on Cancel Attempt. Don't log out. Then go and try to sign up again. Remember that the username you choose should only have letters and/or numbers.
