It should be quick, but it did take a little while for one of my test accounts. That one does have a custom domain that I have on my VPS (possibly slow due to my end though) rather then one of the major email providers.

Have you checked if you got the email, could have gone to spam? The massage isn't saying the email isn't in the system but rather that if it is a reset will be sent, and since yours is in the system the mail should be sent properly. @garrettroyce can you check the log?

I figured it was likely that due to its content. And yes a blank page could definitely have been caused by being over quota. Diskspace has been increased.

I could increase, there is however one rather large folder that at first glance looks like it is used for backups/storage of wordpress plugins, called PL. If you can explain that one and it actually has legitimate use in that form, I can absolutely increase diskspace one step.

The way things work the DA password (and consequently the ftp password if you use the account username for that) will not get reset with the reset password on the account panel login function. You're seeing the old page it would seem. Make sure you go to https://x10hosting.com and click login from there. If that still fails try clearing cache so you get the new stuff that was launched a few hours ago. Make sure to read information before logging in.

They are able to login to the SSO page, so the login is recorded as activity (even though they can't get to DirectAdmin that way), however right now we're not running automated suspensions so that will not be an issue right now.
